Quality policyOur quality assurance policy is to provide our customers with products that ensure the designed quality requested by our customers and the quality indicated in our specifications at a proper price and delivery term, to ensure the usefulness and reliability of our products in use, and to guarantee environmental safety even after our products are no longer used.
Environmental philosophyOur basic environmental philosophy is “to engage in production activities with consideration for the global environment and to be an environmentally friendly company” as we recognize that conservation of the global environment is the most important task common to all humankind, and do our best to assure environmental safety.
Acquisition of ISO certificationFor better maintenance/control of our quality system in pursuing the policy above, ISO9001 certification was acquired by the Kyushu Office on December 22, 1999 and by the Tochigi Plant on October 9, 2015.
Further, on September 15, 2017, the transition of ISO 9001: 2015 version was completed．
To protect the environment, the Tochigi Plant acquired ISO14001 certification on March 1, 2002．
On March 16, 2018, the transition of ISO 14001: 2015 version was completed as well.
